The way I usually answer multiple-answer questions is to FIRST eliminate all of the absurd choices. Wit this question there aren't any absurd choices, so now I think about the purpose of a scientific journal, which to to provide scientists with information on research that other scientists have completed. Based on this definition I can eliminate choices B and D because there are better ways to convey that information. This leaves us with choices A and C. Technically, both are correct - I would go back over the lesson to see if it specifically says (because I bet it does) if it DOESN'T, then I would most likely go with option A. But BEFORE you just go with what I said, go back through the lesson - because if this is 11th grade Chemistry then I know for a fact that it does say. Good luck!
