English

nadezda [96]3 years ago
4 0

Answer:

A). Concentrates on issues, not people.

Explanation:

Constructive conflict is defined as a conflict that aims to discover the cause or reason for the conflict is by proffering a unanimously accepted solution to resolve it.

As per the question, such conflicts would 'focus on issues instead of people' by identifying a specific issue, discussing the sources that have led to that particular issue, problem, or conflict and this mutual discussion serves to provide a concerted solution to the issue. This is the reason why it is considered as 'constructive' due to its positive and effective approach to bringing a solution to the issue. Thus, <u>option A</u> is the answer.

PLZ Help me with this question:
FromTheMoon [43]

Answer:

Janie marries Tea Cake not long after Jody's death, and she quickly learns that he has troubling characteristics. Janie declares in her letter to Pheoby that she has fallen in love with him all over again <u><em>"Not even the Tea Cake can pull me away from here. Oh, I'd rather stay put." </em></u>Janie, who has been through two failed marriages, understands what she wants and is confident in her decision to marry Tea Cake, despite the risks. Tea Cake's primary motivation is self-interest, which he frequently masks by claiming he cares deeply for Janie. Hurston portrays Tea Cake not as a good or terrible person but as a complex and difficult-to-understand individual. Tea Cake, on the other hand, risked his life to save Janie from a rabid dog in the middle of the storm. Tea Cake is a complex character that is dearly loved by Janie and who defies simple classifications like "good" or "bad."

This novel taught me the most important lesson. Keep an open mind and do not base your decisions on the views of others. Despite my eagerness and openness to hear what others have to say, I have a hard time listening. I shall draw my own judgments about the events that are occurring in the real world.

Explanation:

This is just my interpretation of the novel.

NO LINKS, NO LINKS= report
Mama L [17]
Rosa spent her childhood with her grandparents. She was very ill as a young child. She was taught about racism in South America and how people of color would be accused and attacked.

Rosa Parks is connected with the civil rights movement. She refused to leave her seat to a white man, and made a live boycott. She is important because she did the right thing and because of that she’s known in history for her courageous acts. With the boycott citizens realized that they have the power to turn or stop these unfair poorly made rules. They popped up in history so that today we know how important they are and what we shouldn’t repeat in history.
