(5ab-4a-8)-(9ab-5)
Ok just remember that the minus sign before the (9ab-5) is like a minus 1 so it changes the sign inside the bracket...
>>5ab-4a-8-9ab+5
>>-4ab-4a-3
I'm guessing you just have to leave it like that unless there are other parts to the question or whatever but that's that simplified as far as it can be!

Knight and Haslam (2010) found that office workers who had some input into the design of their office space were more productive
sleet_krkn [62]

Answer:

1. Option A

2. Option A

Step-by-step explanation:

1.

The independent variable is the one which affects the other variable. Here two variables "design of office space" and "control by managers" control the  Productivity and well-being of the workers.

Hence, the independent variable is Control of the office manager

Option A

2. The dependent variable is the one which gets affected by the independent variable and in this case it is the Productivity and well-being of the workers.

Option A

Hank estimated the width of the door to his class room in feet what is a reasonable estimate
timurjin [86]
My reasonable estimate might be about 2 1/2 feet. I know that because taking three rulers up to your bedroom or a normal room and get about 2 or 2 1/2 feet

Joe has eaten 3/5 of pizza. Jane has eaten 1/7 of pizza. how many times more pizza has Joe eaten than Jane
Lana71 [14]

The answer would be 14/5.

First of all, get the denominators to be the same. The LCM is  5 × 7 = 3/5

So  1 /7 × 5/ 5 = 5 /3/5

And  2/ 5 × 7 /7 = 14 /35

Now we have  5 /35  and  14 /35

Then all you have to do is divide Joe's by Jane's to get the answer.

14 /35 ÷ 5 35 =14 /35 × 35/ 5 = 14 /5

Meaning the answer is 14/5.

Hope I could help! :)
