Answer:

<h2>Muscle and nervous tissues heal faster because they have the capacity to "regenerate."</h2>

Explanation:

Both the muscle and nervous tissues have the capacity for regeneration. This process involves the<u> renewal, regrowth and repair of the damaged cells and tissues. </u>

Whenever you have a muscle injury<em> (any trauma such as laceration or strain),</em><u> the muscle fibers are torn and this allows blood to pool into the area.</u> The blood contains white blood cells (WBC) that responds to the injury and with the help of the muscle tissue, the area is sealed off or isolated in order to heal. In order to repair, the macrophages are produced. They function to destroy pathogens and clear away the dead tissues. After its completion, the satellite cell will be introduced. These function to create new muscle fibers. In addition to this, the fibroblast will also be introduced in order to create connective tissues at the site of injury. This also aids in repairing the injured muscle.

The repair of nervous tissues is known as "neuroregeneration." The regeneration between the central nervous system and the peripheral nervous system are different. The central nervous system has a slower regeneration. These processes involves the <em>synapses, axons, Schwann cells as well as macrophages.</em>

A mutation in a gene that controls mitosis in cells may cause? a) cancer. b) cystic fibrosis. c) albinism. d) meiosis.
harkovskaia [24]
The answer is <span>a) cancer.

</span><span>Cells must control mitosis (cell division) in order to maintain normal cell function. If something happens to the control of mitosis, the healthy cells will divide uncontrollably. These new cells are cancer cells and they are also out of control. They will continue to divide uncontrollably, so the mass of the cancer cells will grow.
</span>Regarding other choices:
- cystic fibrosis is an inherited disorder of lungs and digestive system,
- albinism is a congenital disorder characterised by the absence of pigment in the skin and hair,
- meiosis is cell division resulting in the reduction of a chromosome number in half.

Alchen [17]

Answer: (Structure) mRNA: always single stranded, rRNA: single stranded, twisted upon itself in some regions, tRNA: cloverleaf-like structure

(Function) mRNA: carries the information in the DNA to the ribosomes where it is translated into amino acids of proteins, rRNA: helps assemble tRNA, mRNA, and amino acids to form the polypeptide chain during protein synthesis, tRNA: acts as an adaptor molecule, which identifies correct amino acids corresponding to the anticodon present on it
