No, Connor should not use this website. Wikipedia can be changed by anyone and thus does not have reliable information. Also, the information is outdated and could be incorrect.

No, he should not use information from this site.

Research is based on inter-subjectivity and replicability, that is to say, it is an informed consensus based on whether the information provided can be verified and checked within high quality standards. For this reasons, the information on which one bases one´s own arguments should aim at being as recent as possible to allow for the consensus to grow in current and meaningful ways and since the site in the example above, Wikipedia, is outdated, and since Wikipedia does not hold the scientific standards of high quality research, it should not be used.
