1. Cease and Desist Order

2. Corrective Advertising/Counteradvertising

3. Multiple Product Order

Explanation:

A 'Cease and Desist Order' issued by the Federal Trade Commission expects the firm to take down any advertisement that is found by the FTC being not in line with the substantiation produced by the firm to prove the claims made in the advertisement to be correct.

Through the measure of 'Corrective Advertising', FTC tries to make sure that the same firm which made false claims makes it clear through counteradvertising that their previous advertising was deceptive.

The FTC can issue a Multiple Product Order to make a firm back out from continuing advertising about its other products if an advertisement of one of its products is found deceptive.

When a NS (neutral stimulus - bell) is paired with a US (or UCS - unconditioned stimulus - food powder) causing a UR (or UCR - u
Helen [10]

Answer:

The NS eventually becomes a conditioned stimulus (CS).

Explanation:

In classical conditioning, a conditioned stimulus can be defined as a neutral stimulus that has become associated with an unconditioned stimulus and, eventually, begins to trigger a conditioned response. A classical example is ringing a bell (NS) at the same time you offer food (US) to a dog. The dog will salivate (UR) because of the food, not because of the bell. However, if you repeat this several times, eventually the sound of the bell will go from a neutral stimulus (NS) to a conditioned stimulus (CS). It will begin to trigger the now conditioned response of salivation (CR), even if there is no food.

A velodrome is built for use in the Olympics. The radius of curvature of the surface is 20.0 m. At what angle should the surface
kati45 [8]

Answer:\theta =57.37^{\circ}

Explanation:

Given

Radius of curvature=20 m

Speed of cyclist=17.5 m/s

we know that velocity during a turn is given by

v=\sqrt{\frac{rg\left (tan\theta +\mu_s\right )}{1-\mu_stan\theta }}

where v=speed

r=radius  of curvature

\theta=angle of banking

\mu_s=coefficient of friction

g=acceleration due to gravity

here \mu_s=0

thus

v=\sqrt{rgtan\theta }

\tan\theta =\frac{v^2}{rg}

tan\theta =\frac{17.5^2}{20\times 9.8}=1.562

\theta =57.37^{\circ}
