Talking about different cultures is very difficult, especially when you decide to speak about cultures that you do not know deeply and only know information told by other people who also do not belong to that culture, but believe they understand for some reason.

As was seen in the question above, after the 9/11 attack, some artists had the idea of representing some cultures through art. The intention of these artists was good, since they wanted to promote an understanding between different cultures. However, many of them ended up stimulating stereotypes and dichotomies about the cultures represented. This is a reflection of the lack of understanding and experience with people from different cultures.

However, There are many injustices in the world based off gender, race, where you are from, and multiple other things.  To fully understand the struggles of being different or not like others you would have to put yourself in there shoes.
