When ever you feel a picture is unnecessary, you don't need to add it. (Hint; Teachers love pictures that have to do with the subject they are currently on.) For example, this picture is kinda random, and is not necessary. :)

The poet is really comfortable and pleasant from his comfortable bed listening to how the drops hit the ceiling and that's when it begins to bring back memories of his childhood, his family and especially his mother.

The sound of the rain is healing for the poet since he can feel as if his mother were there with him again.
