Woodrow Wilson´s  legacy is important, even as he failed to make Congress vote for joining the League of Nations, his brainchild. Wlsonian ideas brought about ot helped bring about:

- The League of Nations, an international organization that was supposed to promote peaceful solution to conflicts, understanding and keep global peace. It wasn´t given the means to fulfill its tasks, so it failed. It is the predecessor of the United Nations.

- The creation of new modern nations such as Poland, Yugoslavia, as an expression of the right of self-determination.

- Supression of trade barriers has materialized in the last 4 decades, though Wilson had advocated that in 1918.

SO Egypt.... Egypt started thousands and thousands of years before anyone, somewhere around 5000-3000 BC. One of the first major civilization but it came to a end when Rome took over Europe and half of the known world and after Rome fell in 476 AD Egypt was never mentioned in any history books... So the "New Kingdom" fell due to Romans and since they had no armies to defend themselves.
