Which enlightened ruler am I? Though I was considered an absolute monarch, I always tried to do my best for the Prussian people.

I allowed for freedom of the press and religion and made the Prussian educational system one of the best in Europe. I did not believe in the divine right of kings and just thought of myself as a citizen like everyone else.
