Explanation:

According to the statistic, The crash among drivers between  16-17 years age group doubled the crashes that occurred toward drivers outgun the 18-19 age groups.

If 16-17 age groups is compared to the  30-39 age group, drivers within 16-17  age group are 4.5 times more likely to be involved in fatal accidents.

This happen because Adolescents are much more likely to be involved in risky activities such as Driving after socializing /drinking that increase the likelihood of the accidents. This is why i believe the minimum driving age should be raised.
