Joe is having an excessive amount of alcoholic drinks in a short amount of time. Not only this but his brain is still developing and him drinking alcohol at such a young age can greatly affect the way he thinks and can overpower his brain to consume more of this addictive beverage along with his social influences this is all a recipe for addiction.

Burka [1]

Answer:

The baby has a negative blood type.

Explanation:

A Cesarean section would be done most of the time when the unborn baby is in danger such as when the baby can't get enough oxygen or no oxygen at all or other circumstances. The baby gets its blood type from its mother and father but if it's negative it doesn't mean the child can possibly DIE... This option is the selected option.
