Islam, Christianity, and Judaism are all monotheistic religions.
This means that each of these three religions only believes in one God, also known as Yahweh and Allah.
This differs from religions like Hinduism, which is polytheistic. Polytheistic religions believe in many Gods.
Christianity and Judaism are similar in that Christianity is a branch from the tree that is Judaism. Jesus and his apostles were all Jewish. They differed in that they believed Jesus to be the Messiah while Jewish people do not recognize Jesus at the Messiah and are still waiting for the Messiah to come.
The causes of the growth and decline of civilizations, and their
expansion to a potential world society, are complex. However,
civilizations require not only external advances to prosper, but also
the maintenance and development of good social and ethical relationships usually grounded in religious and spiritual norms.
