Answer:

Red shift

Explanation:

In 1929, it was observed by Edwin Hubble through the Hubble telescope that the galaxies are moving away from each other. He reached this conclusion  by analyzing the red shift. This means that galaxies which are far away have faced maximum redshift. It bears a similarity with the big bang theory.

According to big bang theory, the universe originated from  a huge explosions after which every thing is just moving away from each other.

As guard cells become turgid, the stomata fully __________ and gases and water vapor are ___________ to pass through it.
Elis [28]
As guard cells become turgid, the stomata fully open and gases and water vapor are allowed to pass through it. When the plant is full of water, the guard cells fill up to become plump and turgid, making the stomata open so gases can be exchanged for photosynthesis. When the plant  is short of water the guard cells lose water and become flaccid, making the stomata close, this helps stop too much water vapor escaping.

Sociologists argue that the division of the human population into two distinctive and
iris [78.8K]

Sociologists argue that the division of the human population into two distinctive and  mutually exclusive categories, male and female, is best understood as a biological fact.

The division into these two major categories as male or female is mainly due to the biological and the physiological characteristics produced in both male and female.

Although in some cases, it may be argued that they are not mutually exclusive as there are some who have both.

Nevertheless, the above mentioned characteristics are just used to differentiate between a male and a female in humans and as well an individual self-concept of being a male or a female.
