To qualify for a real estate salesperson license in the state of California, Tameka must pass a written examination. To qualify to sit for this exam, she must be 18 years or older and must have completed 3 college level courses.
Exceptions to this are if the applicant has passed the state bar exam or the broker examination.
However, being resident outside California does not affect Tameka's ability to obtain a license.
