Vitamins will improve our immune system and help us to fight foreign substances that enter our body

Physical activities will help flush our unwanted virus/bacteria from our body before they even begin to contaminate the cells.

- Make your surrounding area clean
So you can prevent the virus/bacteria from entering the body in the first place.
