G. is 4 = frostbite is similar to chilblain but it is more severe and painful for it stops the circulation of blood to tissue due to extreme cold causing that tissue to die.

H.  is 2 = chilblains or 'pernio' occurs when an individual is exposed to colder temperatures and humidity resulting in swollen and red body parts.

I. is 5 = heat exhaustion is more common than heat stroke, when external temperatures rise the body begins to sweat a lot, vomit or faint.

J. is 7 = mountain sickness or also known as altitude sickness is when a person goes to an area of lesser oxygen content thus resulting in the body trying to compensate and stabilize itself.
