Answer:

v=\sqrt{a(r)}

Explanation:

a=\frac{v^2}{r}\\ a(r)=\frac{v^2}{r}(r)\\ a(r)=\frac{r(v^2)}{r}\\ a(r)=v^2\\\sqrt{a(r)}=\sqrt{v^2}\\ v=\sqrt{a(r)}

My steps were:

 1. Get rid of any denominators. I did this by multiplying both sides by the value of the denominator, thus canceling it out of the right side. Lines 1-4 showed this process.
 2. This problem made it easier, but next I'd get rid of any values other than the one we want isolated. There are no steps in this solution pathway showing this step.
 3. If this isolated value has an exponent (usually a square if you're doing physics), use a square root on both sides, thus canceling out the square. Lines 5-6 showed this process.

N76 [4]

Answer:

intelligence-led policing

Explanation:

The police department of a county uses a software that helps them identify the hot spots of drug activity in the county. Once the hot spots are identified, the patrol officers focus on them instead of patrolling all the areas in the county. The given scenario best exemplifies intelligence-led policing. Intelligence-led policing is a practice which involves the application of technologies, data collection and analyses to generate useful information or valuable intelligence which helps in directing law enforcement efforts to the right people and places in combating crime. With the application of this system of policing, the police department can better understand crime trends, properly classify offenders and potential offender and easily designate crime hotspots with the city.

Explanation:

The options for this question are missing. The options are:

a.anxiety conditioning.

b.operant conditioning.

c.reward conditioning.

d.avoidance conditioning

In psychology and conditioning, avoidance conditioning refers to the learning that occurs when the person learns some behavior because it prevents the appearance of some negative stimulus. In other words they behave in order to avoid a punishment or a negative feeling.

In this example, Alexis wants to eat a cookie out of the cookie jar but she remembers how mad her mother got at her when she did so last week and she feels anxious so she doesn't eat the cookie this time. Alexis is behaving in order to avoid a negative stimulus (her mom getting angry at her) and thus this is an example of avoidance conditioning.
