The first one is correct, because any other option would be absolutely illogical. That's chicken, and chicken is a living organism, which means it comes from the biosphere.
The second one is also correct since in that case (with those options) only remains of living things can become fossil fuels. These are fuels originated through natural processes, and the other things mentioned can't be processed into fuels.
The third image is not incorrect, but I don't know what the other options are. Even though it is totally correct the way it is. Carbon dioxide is indeed a greenhouse gas, and water cannot penetrate concrete, so they wont reach groundwater in the area covered by the factory.
