Benjamin Franklin was known to be one of the founding fathers for the new rising power in the world at that time. (LC)Who was convicted of giving U.S. atomic secrets to the Soviet Union? Joseph McCarthy Sacco and Vanzetti Elizabeth Gurley Fly
My name is Ann [436]
The correct answer is Ethel and Julius Rosenberg.

Here is why the other answers are incorrect.

Joseph McCarthy was a US Senator focused on exposing communists in American society. His actions help sparked the House Un-American Activities Committee, which lead to innocent citizens being blacklisted by Congress.

Sacco and Vanzetti were two Italian immigrants convicted of murder. However, the lack of evidence caused citizens to believe that these individuals were wrongly convicted/executed due to their political belief in the system of anarchy.

Elizabeth Gurley was a woman's right activists and also helped in the development of labor unions during the World War I era.

The invasion of Laos was the first test of _____.
Ghella [55]

The invasion of Laos was the first test of vietnamization.

Explanation:

The 1971 incursion of Laos is one of the neglected events of the Vietnam War. The Laotian incursion was anticipated to be a follow-up to the 1970 Cambodian invasion and was likewise designated as a “limited objective offensive” pointed at obstructing the progress of North Vietnamese armed rations into South Vietnam.
