Answer:

A. Hamlet will get his revenge against King Claudius

B. Hamlet will be killed by Laertes’s poisoned sword

F. Queen Gertrude will be killed

This is how I think Hamlet would end.

The correct answer is option A, B and F.

Explanation:

Shakespeare’s “Hamlet” is a masterpiece and a spread of different characters woven in a single storyline. Polonius’s son and Ophelia’s brother is Laertes. In the final scene of the play, both Hamlet and Laertes face each other in a game of fencing where the former is killed by the latter with a poisoned sword. This was done by Laertes to avenge the death of his loving father and sister as he blamed Hamlet for the tragic end of their lives.

Describe the gradual revelation of Gatsby’s character. What do we learn about him and when? Why is this an appropriate way of le
guajiro [1.7K]

Answer:

Gatsby is something of an enigma for the beginning of the novel. It isn't until Nick and Daisy fit into the scene that Gatsby's character slowly comes out.

Explanation:

"The Great Gatsby" is a novel by American author F. Scott Fitzgerald. The story is narrated from a first-person perspective by Nick. He is Jay Gatsby's neighbor and Daisy's - Gatsby's love interest - cousin. At first, Gatsby is an enigma to Nick and, consequently, to readers as well, since we only know what is narrated by him. However, as soon as Gatsby realizes Nick is related to Daisy, his character begins to be slowly revealed.

We get to know about Gatsby's made-up story of his past in Chapter 4. He claims to be the inheritor of his parents' fortune, to have traveled the world, and to have attended Oxford. He even has a real picture to prove it. However, even though he did attend Oxford, it was for only five months as it was an opportunity given to some army officials. Gatsby takes half-truths and embellishes them to make his life more impressive. He's ashamed to have grown up poor.

Gatsby's true story is told in Chapter 6 as per Nick's decision. He could have told it later, in Chapter 8, when Gatsby told him the story, following the real chronology of events. He chooses to do it earlier because he doesn't want readers to misjudge Gatsby. And it works. We get to know how poor and ambitious Gatsby was as a child, how meeting Daisy made him work even harder for fortune and a chance to be with her, how his criminal choices were all made with a pure heart.

How did the geography of an area influence the way early Texas Native Americans lived?
Alecsey [184]

Answer: Geography of an area influenced the way early Texas Native Americans lived because of many of the farmers had land. Without the right conditions, their crops would not have been able to grow and the farmers would not have been able to produce anything.

Explanation:

Part 1: Geography influencing normal life because of vegetation, the water cycle, land formation, and how the people will adapt to that certain climate.

Part 2: Because of the Texas farmers and agriculture. Of course, the farmers help produce fresh produce.

Hope this helps!

kirill115 [55]
Here is a stanza from “The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock”,which refers to the frolicking mermaids.

I have seen them riding seaward on the waves
Combing the white hair of the waves blown back
When the wind blows the water white and black.
We have lingered in the chambers of the sea
By sea-girls wreathed with seaweed red and brown
Till human voices wake us, and we drown.

After reading the above stanza,I have concluded the following observations:

Prufrock thinks of the frolicking mermaids as creatures who lure him toward death and destruction.
Also,He thinks of the frolicking mermaids as creatures who crawl on the bottom of the sea.
Hence,
The best answer is :
B) crawl on the bottom of the sea.
