Answer: Europe had colonized nearly all of Africa

Explanation:

In what was known as the Scramble for Africa, European powers from the late 19th century to the early 20th century, took control of most of Africa in order to access its resources, markets, spread Christianity and acquire more power in a period when competition amongst European powers was at its zenith.

All of Africa with the exception of Ethiopia and Liberia were colonized in this period with the British and the French coming off best out of the European powers.

Texas, how were Mexicans and Mexican Americans specifically affected by the Great Depression?
Nikitich [7]

Answer:

The early effects of The Great depression on Mexico were directly felt by the mining sector in which the overall export price index fell by 32% from 1929 to 1932. The real value of Mexican exports fell by 75%, output by 21%, and external terms of trade fell by 50% between 1928 and 1932. Beginning around the 1890s, new industries in the U.S. Southwest—especially mining and agriculture—attracted Mexican migrant laborers. The Mexican Revolution (1910-1920) then increased the flow: war refugees and political exiles fled to the United States to escape the violence.
