Carbon is very important because Trees take it (Co2) in in order for oxygen to be produced.
All plants for the most part take in Co2 so that they can produce oxygen,
and we need that oxygen to live , to pump blood into our lungs so we can roam around.
It is basically one of the main components of our every day life on Earth.
I really hope this helps you a lot.
Answer:
An increase in membrane thickness
Explanation:
Gaseous exchange occurs in relation to Fick's Law which states:
'the rate of diffusion is proportional to both the surface area and concentration difference and is inversely proportional to the thickness of the membrane
Therefore, based on this law, an increase in the thickness of the membrane will result in a decreased diffusion rate which will in turn slow down the process of gaseous exchange
Extension- increasing the angle between two boned of the straightening of a limb
During Stage A the muscles and tendons are working in unison to pull the leg backward and upward. In Stage B the tendons are being stretched and the muscles in the leg are driving forward, releasing their pent up energy (the muscles will burn oxygen until they run out at which point they will start producing lactic acid to keep providing energy for the leg, which is why your muscles burn when they are tired)
