After a leg injury, many athletes find that they have lost their usual gait (the way the normally walk). When your child appears to you to be walking and jogging normally, she is ready for the next step in coming back from her injury. No child should be allowed to return to sports if he is still limping.

If you are limping or have pain when you are walking then dont get back into sports if you see that you are still in pain when you run or walk dont just say it will get better if i walk on it, actually it will get worse

Dunstan is writing a book on the life of parents after childbirth. Help him complete the sentences. A mother may feel irritable
dusya [7]

Answer:

A mother may feel irritable or sad in the days immediately following the birth of her baby. This is known as baby blues and may last for a few weeks or days.

Explanation:

Baby blues is not a severe condition like postpartum depression because it has a short span of few days or weeks. Anxiety, mood swings, appetite problem, sleeping problems etc are some of the visible symptoms of baby blues.

Baby blues should be given proper attention even though it is not severe as postpartum depression.

The reason for this might be the hormonal changes in the body of the mother during pregnancy, childbirth and afterwards.
