What makes the evidence effective? Check all of the boxes that apply.
notsponge [240]

Statement:

Fast food kitchens often seem like a scene from Bugsy Malone, a film in which all the actors are children pretending to be adults.

—Fast Food Nation, Eric Schlosser

First and fourth option makes the evidence effective.

 • It helps the reader better visualize just how many young people work in the fast-food industry.
 • It supports the reasoning that the fast-food industry values a younger workforce over adult workers.

Explanation:

Bugsy Malone is a movie which features the children as adult actors and shows the existence of real life kitchen.

With this as an evidence the author tend to explain the situation with the help of this as reference. This would help the readers to visualise the scenario effectively and thereby coming around to a better idea of the fast-food industry.

Moreover, the statement also supports the fact that in most of the fast-food industries, teenagers and students are being employed for lesser wages for the hungry-for-profit industry.

What about Nepal made the tragedy worse that it should have been?
alukav5142 [94]

Answer:

The government's neglect to send relief teams quickly.

Explanation:

Residents of the Areas most affected by the earthquakes claim that relief and rescue teams were dispatched after two to three days. In that period of time, the damage caused by the earthquakes worsened immensely, many people lost their lives, as they were not rescued in time, not to mention the secondary damage and the despair that this delay causes.

This delay by the government in acting and helping its people, allowed the natural disaster to take on unimaginable proportions and which continue today.

hello, can someone write a story on why I should get a later bedtime using all 10 of these words it doesn't have to be long, and
kramer

Answer:

I believe I should have a later bedtime because it allows me more time to study/do homework such as biology without premonition! At first glance, staying up later means "less" sleep causes the brain agony because of the abrupt change in sleep, creating frantic feelings. But I think it instead prevents cacophony due to the quietness, and in the end creates a more productive environment.
