European countries. Ireland Germany were the main still. they struggled with finding jobs and living conditions were awful. many had to live in tenements

How were immigrants treated in the late 1800's?

The immigrants were treated horribly. They were made slaves most of the time. Another thing that they had happen to them was that they had to leave relatives, children etc. behind. It wasn't a very nice life...

Well the Imigrants faced multiple from slavers to the law but the most horrifing was they had to face the Huge Man Eating Lord Giant Kendall they all feared his almighty power

Why do you think most new immigrant of the late 1800s and early 1900s choose to live in urban areas instead of rural areas?

Because they were in a new place where the language and customs were unfamiliar to them and they had no money or possessions. They moved into the urban areas so that they could be around other people that also spoke their language and had familiar customs. Being in an urban area also made it easier to find jobs in order to buy food and other necessary supplies.

It depends on where they came from, but they had trouble finding decent jobs because of discrimination, and there were diseases in the US that they were not accustomed to.

damaskus [11]

Answer:

A) Loyalists outnumbered Patriots.

Explanation:

Especially many loyalists were observed in the South, in New York, in Pennsylvania, and in Georgia and South Carolina they made up the majority. Loyalists called for moderation in the struggle for the rights of the colonies, for which they were attacked by radical patriots. Georgia was one of the main centers of loyalists in the Revolutionary War. During the war, there were whole army formations formed from loyalists; nevertheless, their actions had little effect on the outcome of the entire Anglo-American conflict.
