The best definition of federalism is a government whose power is divided between state and national levels. The examples of countries which have a federation or federal state are the United States, Brazil, India, Mexico, Germany, Russia, Canada, Argentina, Switzerland, and Australia.

Explanation:

There are many different types of federalism. However, there are only three main types of Federalism:

• Dual Federalism

Dual Federalism is a concept of the union and the state divide power but the Federal Government possesses more than individual states.

• Cooperative Federalism

Cooperative Federalism is the authority of the federal government and state governments that share full authority.

• Fiscal Federalism

Fiscal Federalism is a type of Federalism in which money controls everything. It gives Congress a large amount of power because it is responsible for the treasury. Therefore, it can limit the budgets of other political departments that do not trust to work in the best interests.

The other types of federalism have changed over time and history. Here are a few new forms of Federalism:

• Creative Federalism

Creative Federalism is also called as “picket fence federalism”. The key element of this element is that the federal government considered the needs of states and gave services for them. In that case, the federal government works for the states directly and provides their needs. It involves common planning amid the state governments and the federal to accomplish the goals which work for the state.

• New Federalism

This federalism type revisited rights to local and state governments and devolves the federal government powers over to the lower government.

Answer:

Increase the amount of time he practices the skill and reward good skips

Explanation:

There are clear differences between the ability of children and adults to process information throughout development, there are critical periods in the development of thinking and information processing skills, the differences lie not so much in sensory recording capacity as in the processing of information. Evidence of processing speed is still unclear, but in principle children process individual stimuli more slowly. For this reason, in the case of the child exposed in the question, you should increase the amount of time the child practices the skill and reward it for good skips.

Inessa05 [86]

The correct option is option 1. The 1851 Ohio Constitution increased the power of the General Assembly.

What was the need for the 1851 amendment in the Ohio constitution?

Many Ohioans thought the 1803 Constitution should be replaced by 1850. The first constitution's authors were not aware of new problems that had emerged. The Ohio General Assembly was endowed with considerable power by the Constitution of 1803. The legislature held the authority to choose judges and all other government officials, with the exception of the governor. As a result, the legislature had almost total power over the executive branch. The Supreme Court was mandated by the Constitution of 1803 to convene once a year in each county of the state. There were few counties when the Constitution of 1803 first came into operation. The following fifty years saw a growth in the number of counties, making it nearly difficult for the Supreme Court to do out its
