The percentage of miles Evenise drove after she purchased the car is 198.6%.

Step-by-step explanation:

Evenise purchased (bought)a used car with mileage at 17,613 miles.

⇒ The mileage of the used car = 17,613

She drove additional (more) 33,974 miles.

⇒ The mileage after she used the car = 33,944

The percentage of miles Evenise drove after she purchased the car :

⇒ (Miles she drove after the car purchase / miles of the used car) multiplied by 100.

⇒ (34,994 / 17,613) × 100

⇒ 1.986 × 100

⇒ 198.6%

Therefore, the percentage of miles Evenise drove after she purchased the car is 198.6%.
