1. That there is only one party... A one party system is where there is one group of political views, this is how it was in nazi germany and in the soviet union when it was a communist nation. A two party system is when there are, like the name implies, two parties. The unites states is a two party system, republicans and democrats. There are also smaller parties such as the green party and libertarian party but it is mainly just the two.

2.Advantages. Communism has a centrally planned economy; it can quickly mobilize economic resources on a large scale, execute massive projects, and create industrial power.

3.Disadvantages. The most significant disadvantage of communism stems from its elimination of the free market. The laws of supply and demand don't set prices—the government does. Planners lose the valuable feedback these prices provide about what the people want.

4.The advantages of capitalism include: Consumer choice - Individuals choose what to consume, and this choice leads to more competition and better products and services. Efficiency of economics - Goods and services produced based on demand create incentives to cut costs and avoid waste.

5.However, like everything else capitalism has its disadvantages such as negative externalities like pollution and diminishing non-renewable resources; a disproportionate distribution of wealth or income; and high unemployment rates and economic instability due to the cyclical nature of the capitalistic system.

6.After the war ended, both the Soviet Union and the U.S. wanted to influence Europe with their systems of government. The Soviet Union influenced Eastern Europe, while the U.S. influenced Western Europe. ... NATO hoped that the alliance would keep the Soviet Union from forcing communism on other countries.

spin [16.1K]

The World Bank classifies the world's economies into four groups, based on Gross National Income per capita: high, upper-middle, lower-middle, and low income countries. Least developed countries, landlocked developing countries and small island developing states are all sub-groupings of developing countries.

A developing country (or a low and middle-income country (LMIC), less developed country, less economically developed country (LEDC), medium-industrialized country or underdeveloped country) is a country with a less developed industrial base and a low Human Development Index (HDI) relative to other countries

Answer:

The correct answer is (D) cognitive restructuring

Explanation:

In psychology, cognitive restructuring is a term that refers to a technique where negative and erroneous thoughts, known as cognitive distortions, are identified, rejected, and replaced by more positive and helpful ideas. In our case, when Tom thinks "What a dummy I am, always studying the wrong things", this self-deprecative perception of himself is a cognitive distortion. However, when Tom rejects this thought and instead goes with a much more positive "I studied some of the right things, and I will do the best I can", he's engaging in cognitive restructuring. This process is a core part of cognitive behavioral therapy, and has been shown to be very effective in improving mental health.
