The Reformation caused renewal and revision to the Catholic Church. <span>The Protestant </span>Reformation <span>was a schism from the Roman Catholic Church initiated by Martin Luther and continued by John Calvin, Huldrych Zwingli, and other early Protestant </span>Reformers<span> in 16th century Europe.</span>
