<h2><u>Answer and explanation;</u></h2>

<u>Nucleus, Ribosome, Endoplasmic reticulum, and Golgi apparatus</u> are among the cellular organelles that are tasked to different activities in a cell.

<h3><u>Nucleus; </u></h3>
  • <em><u>It is the control center of the cell. It controls all the activities and functions of a cell, such as cell metabolism and reproduction.</u></em>
  • Additionally; the nucleus contains the genetic material, that is, the DNA, which carries the information that is used to make proteins through the messenger RNA.
<h3><u>Ribosomes;</u></h3>
  • Ribosomes are organelles that are either found suspended in the cytoplasm or attached to the rough enedoplasmic reticulum.
  • <em><u>They are sites for protein synthesis and carry out this fuction by assembling the amino acids in the apropriate sequences as instructed by the mRNA.</u></em>
<h3><u>Endoplasmic reticulum;</u></h3>
  • This is a network of membranous canals filled with fluid. They carry material through out the cells,
  • <em><u>They are two types; the rough endoplasmic reticulum and the smooth endoplamic reticulum.</u></em>
  • <u>Rough ER </u>is lined with the ribosomes, and helps in the transportation of proteins to the golgi apparatus.
  • <u>Smooth ER</u> has no ribosomes, and functions in the making and transportation of lipids.
<h3><u>Golgi apparatus.</u></h3>
  • They are also called golgi bodies. They are stacks of flattened membranous stacks.
  • <em><u>Their function is to process and package proteins. Golgi apparatus also synthesis lysosomes. </u></em>

<span>nucleus: the center of the cell that contains the genetic material. The nucleus is like the "Brain" of the cell.
ribosome: is a large complex of RNA and proteins. Ribosomes are the cell structures that make protein. They are found in the endoplasmic reticulum.
endoplasmic reticulum: a network of tubular membranes in the cytoplasm. They fold protein molcules in sacs and transport these proteins in vesicles to the golgi apparatus.
Golgi Apparatus: stores and modifies proteins and prepares to transport them to different parts of the cell.

I hope this helps.</span>

The light-independent reactions of plants function to make organic molecules using carbon dioxide as a carbon source. What is th
scoray [572]

Answer:

<h2>NADPH</h2>

Explanation:

Photosynthesis is a biochemical reaction in which glucose is synthesized by green plants and some other green organisms that have chlorophyll molecule. In this reaction carbon dioxide and water are treated as raw materials. This reaction is completed in two steps, in first step water splits by the sunlight and formation of ATP, NADPH and oxygen molecule takes place so-called as a light reaction.

In the second step no light is required and carbon dioxide is reduced by NADPH so-called light-independent reaction. Since in this reaction electron is transferred by NADPH so considered as an electron source in light-independent reaction.
