A healthy person has normal sinus rhythm while irregularity occurring in the normal rhythm of the heart, originating from the sinus nodes is sinus arrhythmia!

Explanation:

A normal heart beat which is between 60 to 100 beats ,contributes to a normal sinus rhythm

A sinus arrhythmia on the other hand can be any irregularity in the normal rhythm. It can be:

  • An increase: Tachycardia<em>, </em>A very high rate of beating of heart. Heart Rate > 100 beats in minute)
  • Or decrease: Bradycardia<em>, </em>A very slow rate of beating of heart. Heart Rate < 60 beats in minute)!
