A healthy person has normal sinus rhythm while irregularity occurring in the normal rhythm of the heart, originating from the sinus nodes is sinus arrhythmia!

A normal heart beat which is between 60 to 100 beats ,contributes to a normal sinus rhythm

A sinus arrhythmia on the other hand can be any irregularity in the normal rhythm. It can be:
