Answer:

First of, there is a lack of Experience. Teens could be faced with challenges and dangerous situations and if they don't have the experience, they could be in serious trouble. Which means seriously injured. (This next example is kinda weak but I added it in case you want it) They won't have time to study. Driving with friends can make a teen irresponsible and they can totally forget about their school responsibilities.
