If this is an isoceles triangle, then A = 100° because m<R must equal 180 which would have <b = 40°

1. since PQ and RQ are equal, both 40°

2. i sliced them into right triangle: 40° + other angle should equal 90 so 90 - 40 = 50

3. 50 + 50 = 100°

Write a percent problem for which the percent is greater than 100 and the part is known . Use the percent equation to solve you
KATRIN_1 [288]
A percent greater than 100 could be 150%.
Lets say part is 15
15 is 150% of what?
is/of=%/100
fill in that and cross multiply to find "of"
15/x=150/100
x should equal 10.
I'm not sure exactly what your asking but if you are supposed to just make up numbers? And solve for it? That should be what you're looking for. Good luck I guess!

Elis [28]

Answer:

The answer is: a = -2.

Step-by-step explanation:

A = -2, because after graphing the equation in Desmos and plugging in various values for a, I found that when a = -2, the equation passed through the point (-3,12), so that's the answer. I'll attach a photo of the graph.
