Technology has played a huge role in globalization and the spreading of culture and we can see it in every culture aspect, be it music, food, art, etc. We can see the globalization of culture when sushi, shawarma and hum-pao are common things we can find in any food court, where we can enjoy the latest italian cinema festival. Now more than ever we have the world in the palm of our hands, smartphones have the capacity to tnsport you to virtually any place on earth with the touch of a button. Regarding the preervation of cultural identity it can be tricky,  on one hand, we have certain countries and popuations fighting to keep up what makes them unique, and on the other hand, the newer generations tend to get confused a to what is their proper cultural identity because they have been bombarded with information from all over the world since they were born.

Hope this helps!

The legal realism approach treats laws as a tool that needs to be regularly reexamined and adjusted. It defines legal rights and legal duties as whatever the courts say they are whereas "natural law" treats laws as evolved to reflect the principles found in nature. It’s a body of unchanging moral principles regarded as a basis for all human conduct.

Why is it important for a child to have child rights?
Step2247 [10]

Explanation:

It is important for children to have child rights as it would make their life better. Children have the right to have fun and not just be stuck at home doing homework or chores. If not granted child rights, their life will be very boring which can make them stubborn to instructions if deprived of child rights. E.g. Every child must have their basic needs fulfilled. This is because they will need them to learn, stay healthy and more. If not, their life will be fruitless as they will not get opportunities to make contributions to our society.
