Brainstroming is helpful because you really cant write wothout thinking, I mean you can but it wont sounds right. the steps to take before brainstorming would be figure out you topic you can apply this to a cover of a resume by thinking of a intresting cover letter and thinking about the ideas before you write them down. (there is really not much to say about that part). Next what are some important elements that you should use for the cover of a resume, Well for one definitley think of a intresting topic, and two keep it short and too the point remember its just a cover not a essay, and three make the cover have a hook so the person reading it would want to actually read more of it by opeing up the resume but at the same time make it sound formal.
