How has the appointment of SCOTUS Justices become more political? Give examples.
Burka [1]
The appointment of Supreme Court Justices has become more political because the divide between the two rival political parties (Democrat and Republican) has become more deep which is evident in their legislative policies, which is what the SCOTUS has to decide if it is constitutional or not. So, it has become more political because now the President nominates justices that are more likely to rule in their parties favor; but the justice cannot be confirmed due to the Senate having the power of advise and consent. Meaning that the senate has to confirm the presidents nominee to the court. An example of this politicized movement was during the Obama administration. Obama was able to get the Affordable Care Act passed by the House and Senate to be able to be signed into law. But there was a continued question of whether or not this law was constitutional. So, when Justice Scolia died in 2016 that left Obama in the position to be able to appoint a new justice. Obama nominated someone (Merrick Garland) but faced fierce opposition by Senate Republicans, who wanted the incoming president to appoint someone to the position. Ultimately Garlands appointment was blocked by the Senate Republicans due to them saying that the Senate should not confirm him due to it being a presidential election year. But then in 2020 (an election year) when Justice Ginsberg died President Trump nominated Amy Coney Barrett to fill the position. Senate Republicans conducted a rather swift confirmation process to fill the vacancy with evidence suggesting that they did so in order to have another conservative justice on the court since Obamacare was an issue that was being brought before the Supreme Court in November, approximately a month later.

Ports 135 and 137 are very helpful for the attacker because it means that the victim is trying to connect to a remote device or server. Most likely their own server, which means if they are the admin for a website server, they can harvest user credentials and either sell the information, use it as a cover up for their next few attacks, or they could get the Admins credentials, connect to a VPN server from Germany or Switzerland to cover their Public IP and destroy their server that they connected to.

When you cross or enter traffic from a full stop, how much space should you allow on city streets? On the highway?
Paul [167]
When stopped at any light or intersection, you should allow any vehicle approaching the equivalent of at least one city block before entering. Also check to see that no approaching vehicle is travelling at an excessive speed (moving ahead of the other traffic). Once you have made a right turn at an intersection, check your rear view mirror quickly. Sometimes you may have to speed up faster than you thought due to a vehicle approaching faster than you originally thought.
If you stop behind other vehicle in traffic, you should stop so that you can see some road ahead of your vehicle as well as the rear tires of the vehicle ahead of you. This will prevent you from hitting the vehicle ahead of you if you are rear ended.....also check your rear view mirror whenever your foot goes onto the brake......if it is winter, this method will also help prevent you from skidding ......winter driving means you should come off the gas sooner, and brake early and gently and check that rear view mirror!
All the best to you and your driving!
