One

Yes E is the correct answer, or  I agree with you. The problem of course is that we both could be wrong. Some of the choices don't make any sense at all.  C is one such comment. The idea behind the image is that figure of speech is so apt that you can have an imaginary garden with something real in it. That's great poetry.

Two

This is going to be a hard one to answer. There are two things present. There's consonance and there's repetition

Consonance: sixty six

repetition: sixty six committee, distinguished sixty six committee. If you have notes, they will tell which ones to choose.

Three

Every so often I get this question. My answer is A, but you have to read more of the poem. It is a wonderful example of fall and response of what a man and wife think of their lot in life. When you read on in A, you find that all he wants is 2 store bought suits that he could buy at the same time. He wants a bottle of gin. He wants a wife that supports him. [That's the bad one. He's not totally content with his life.] He wants the furniture to be paid for. She wants to feel better about her daughter being married and her son "most grown" and working. I'd pick A but if you have feelings of your own, go with them. This is the only time I can remember recommending something that is not written in the excerpt that has quoted. Call from her. Response from him.
