Poverty
Poverty and joblessness are key problems for many of the Native American groups across the United States, and New Mexico is no exception. According the the US Census Bureau, 27% of all Native Americans live in poverty. In reporting done in 2012 in New Mexico, 40% of all Native American children (under age 18) in the state were living in households below the poverty level defined by the federal government. 22% of all Native American children in New Mexico were shown to be living in households where the parent(s) were without employment.
Japan invaded "China" in 1937, due mostly to the fact that Japan and China had actually been engaged in conflict for quite some time, and Japan was trying to acquire more resources.

McCulloch v. Maryland, was a milestone decision by
the Supreme Court of the United States. The state of Maryland had
tried to obstruct the operation of a branch of the Second Bank of the
United States by imposing a tax on all notes of banks
not chartered in Maryland.
However in the end, the court decided <span>that Congress did have the power to create the
Bank and the state of Maryland cannot impose taxes or else they will violate
the Constitution.</span>
