Y≥-2/3 x+2 Graph the linear inequality

Mathematics

Find the x and Y intercepts by replacing x with 0 and solving for y and then replace y with 0 and solve for x. this will give you two points to use on the graph.

Because the inequality sign is greater than or equal to, the line will be solid and the shaded portion will be to the right of the line.

X intercept = (3,0)

Y intercept = (0,2)

For triangle Abc side a=18 angle C=90 and side b=24 find side c to the nearest whole number
ollegr [7]
...
Using the Pythagorean theorem, a² + b² = c², we can solve for 'c'.
We know the length of sides 'a' and 'b', and this is all we really need to know. The angle value of angle 'c' is irrelevant to finding the length of side 'c' (which I'm assuming is the hypotenuse).
18² + 24² = c².
324 +  576 = c².
900 = c². Now find the square root of 900 to get the value of 'c'.
30 = c. <= And there is your answer.
