Hi! In the United States, the most common blood type is O, followed closely by type A. If you have type O blood, you can only get type O red blood cell transfusions. But you can give your red blood cells to people with type A, B, AB, or O blood, which is why you are sometimes called a universal donor!
I hope this helped please tell me if i didn't help! :D

What are TWO functions of citric acid in the feta cheese? What are the TWO functions of agar in the feta cheese?
Vinvika [58]

Answer:

The following are the two functions of citric acid in the feta cheese:

1. Coagulation, that is, the chemical reaction of citric acid with proteins in milk leads to separation of curd and whey.

2. The citric acid functions as a chelating agent, which is required for syneresis, that is, for controlling the moisture content.

The following are the two functions of agar in the feta cheese:

1. Feta means to slice, and agar offers sliceable texture to the feta cheese as it produces a solid gel-like composition.

2. It is a vegetarian alternative for gelatin and exhibits higher gelling properties.

Explain why DNA requires structural robust and efficient storage and organization mechanisms/structures.
wel

Answer:

DNA packaging contributes to the compaction of the genetic material into cells that are many times smaller and also regulates gene expression and cell replication in living systems.

Explanation:

DNA is a fundamental molecule that contains instructions that make each organism unique. Each chromosome is composed of a very long linear DNA molecule associated with histone proteins that compact the genetic material, which is known as DNA packaging. Transcription and replication require that both strands of the DNA separate. Nonetheless, during DNA packaging, nucleosomes and the folding into chromatin fibers ensure chromosomal DNA is correctly packaged inside smaller nuclei. In consequence, DNA packaging not only enables the compaction of long linear DNA into the cells but also is involved in key biological processes such as gene regulation (transcription) and cell replication.
