You run a small business in downtown New Lester. The town prides itself on having strong ties to a quaint town in the United Kin

gdom with a similar sounding name. The town was developed with buildings and landscaping to “remind” tourists of the UK town. To maintain that image, the town recently passed a law declaring that no religious symbols or literature may be displayed in any building within the downtown district. You are a devout follower of your religion and believe it is part of your religious duty to spread your faith. In order to do so, you believe that you must “advertise” your faith to others through display of religious symbols or literature. Discuss whether or not you have a constitutional right to present these items in your private business.

I was reading a report on religion an it says that there is a decline in traditional churches believers and there is also an increase in non traditional beliefs like Islam.

Well, the UK is a free country and there is freedom of religion but when exercising this right you can't violate other peoples's rights.

I am a fervent Catholic and I am also a sinner. I will try to teach people in small groups like ancient Christians did. I would try to convince people personally and I think is the best thing to do. I woundn't try to do something to be expulsed of that country for breaking a law.

In my private business there is a constitutional right to talk about religion but I would try to be more like Jesuschrist which appealed more to your heart and didn't impose anything to anybody.

What is mentoring?

Mentorship is defined as a mentor's influence, guidance, or direction. A mentor is someone who teaches or provides assistance and advice to a less experienced, often younger, individual. A mentor influences a mentee's personal and professional growth in an organizational setting.

Preparation, negotiating, enabling growth, and closure are the four stages of a successful mentoring relationship. These sequential phases vary in length and build on each other. There are specific steps and strategies that lead to mentoring excellence in each phase.

Mentoring is associated with improved academic, social, and economic prospects for those who receive it. Mentoring relationships can help to develop leadership and management skills, expand a mentor's professional network, and provide an empowering opportunity to give back.
