So the first car accident person is not responsible for that directly but is responsible indirectly. The second driver can not take compensation from the first person who was on the road aside.

Cultural Geography was derived from the anthropogeography of Friedrich Ratzel.  It aimed to establish connections between cultural practices and social organizations. Studies and research have shown that cultures, customs, rituals, and traditions are derived from immediate environmental conditions. Locals are inspired by the nature for their food habits and lifestyle. Roots of culture are spread in the type of geographical surroundings people are a part of. Interpretation of knowledge and communication of meaning is highly shaped by geography.
