Explanation:

Dopamine is considered as one type of the neurotransmitters which is known as chemical that is causing good feelings such as happiness.

Since Sixta is diagnosed with anorexia nervosa and doctors have found that she has disrupted levels of this hormone, it means that when she is not feeling good she does not have appetite and because of that she cannot eat.
