  1. Agility: ability to change & control the position & direction of the body while keeping the continuous & fast motion. For eg. changing the directions for hitting a tennis ball.
  2. Balance: ability of a body stabilisation when a person is standing or moving.For eg. in line skating
  3. Coordination: making combined use of the senses with body parts during movement.For eg.dribbling a basketball.
  4. Speed : ability of  moving the body parts in a very fast manner eg.a footballer outrun the defense to receive a pass, tennis player move forward to get a drop shot.

  6. Reaction Time: an ability of responding quickly to what we feel.For eg. stealing a base in baseball.

*Skill related fitness  means it consists of skill which will enhance  one's performance in athletic or sports event.
