Answer: Believed that the free market assured personal freedom

Explanation:

Young Americans for Freedom (YAF) was founded in 1960. The purpose of the organisation is to advocate public policies consistent with the Sharon Statement, which was adopted by young conservatives at a meeting at the home of William F. Buckley in Sharon, Connecticut, on September 11, 1960. The Sharon statement states that "Individual freedom and the right of governing originate with God. Political freedom is impossible without economic freedom. Limited government and strict interpretation of the Constitution. The free market system is preferable over all others."

Based on the above information, we can safely conclude that the whole purpose of the Young Americans for freedom is to advocate for a free market economy which will in turn guarantee individual freedom.

Answer:

Believed that the free market assured personal freedom.

Explanation:

The Young Americans for Freedom is a conservative organization that was founded in 1960 as a coalition between young conservatives and libertarians. Because of this, the organization follows many ideas of conservatism, such as the belief that the free market can help us achieve freedom. This organization was particularly popular during the 1960s, although it has recently experienced a resurgence in popularity.

How did life change for women in the united states after world war 1 started
tangare [24]

Women roles began to change rapidly because of the war. Not only did women maintain their households, but also they played the roles of helping to support the war. One of the women’s major contributions to the war effort was to take over the running of the farms and grow much needed food. Women worked long hours providing the support that was needed. They learned many new skills and as a result their roles continued to change. During World War I the labor forced of women expanded to almost three million. They were employed in food, textile and war industries. About twenty thousand women worked for the military. Women and girls washed the clothing of the officers and soldiers. They sewed and knitted coats, underwear, and socks. This was important because the army did not have resources for new uniforms. The women and girls cooked for the soldiers, nursed the wounded and sick and helped them survive their injuries and their sickness.

Part II: Application and Critical Thinking (30 points)
madreJ [45]

Answer:

The answer is detailed in the explanation;

Explanation:

Dear Sir, Jhon Locke;

With my sincere words I do not intend to change his ideals of reform but I do intend to be heard on the basis of the experience of the human being and what characterizes him, it is well known that the man without law is an irrational being incapable of restraining his impulses and actions Likewise, ambition, greed for power causes divisions and doubts to be sown and the fracture of power occurs, that is why an absolute monarchy where absolute power and responsibility falls on only that supreme being already chosen of impartial way to impartially govern all kinds of people without any preference to either side, for me it is and surely being the ideal form of government.

Respected Sir; Thomas hobbe :

Considering his arguments, I find a heartfelt contradiction; if the power corrupts the human being who by natural tendency is given to ambition and greed; How can absolute power and responsibility be left to govern and educate an entire people in the hands of one man?

Really, in an absolute monarchy there is no freedom, there is no democracy, we need to work as a team to help each other to balance power, although it is true that two heads think more than one, being in a position of responsibility and knowing that we have that answering for our acts before the laws or branches of power causes us to be more cautious when making decisions that could affect our nation, our actions have consequences and a bad control of absolute power undoubtedly brings total chaos.
