The correct answers are:

1. Britain interfered with U.S Trade

3. The British imposed the Embargo Act of 1807 hurt the American economy.

5. Britain continued impressiveness of U.S Sailors

The Declaration of War was given after a series of acts taken by Great Britain.

The Impressment was an act that forced men into military service, Great Britain forced around 9 thousand American sailors at sea and forced them into their navy.

Another act by Great Britain was that they passed a series of Parliamentary Acts that gained control of the neutral merchant shipping trade. This caused the prohibition of US trade with France.

The Embargo Act of 1807 stopped trade with all countries, it hurt the American economy because it was only in 1809 that France lifted the embargo and traded with the US.

What did socrates plato and aristotle think of democracy
Lisa [10]
They didn't like democracy. The mob can't be trusted to rule. They all preferred the concept of a philosopher king. Someone who held no biases and based their reign on carefully considered, ethical, and philosophically sound decisions.

How does the article describes the decision to attack and the troops firing on fort sumter?
Anna007 [38]

Fort Sumter was legally South Carolina's property, and the Confederate government had exercised much "forbearance" to achieve a fair agreement with the federal government. The Lincoln government thwarted these plans by dispatching "a hostile navy" to Sumter. This attack is referred as the battle of fort summer.

Two days or less later, the fort was abandoned. There was no fatality. The Civil War, the bloodiest struggle in American history, began with this battle.

The Lincoln government did not fight because it supported slavery; Lincoln chose to do so rather than allow the Southern states to secede. Instead, he believed it was his sacred responsibility as President of the United States to do whatever it took him to keep the Union intact.
