“Went to the lake.” sentence or fragment
natima [27]

This would be a "fragment" "Went to the lake' lacks detail and it's short which would make it a sentence fragment because it's a portion of a sentence. So, We all went to the lake for a swim' would make it a sentence.

Hope this helps!

Owen speculated on the possibilities: What would it be like to come up to bat? To swing and bat the baseball above the outfield
Lesechka [4]

D. It's very exciting running the bases because you could be thrown out when trying for an extra base. It is a race between you and the fielder. Will you beat that ball to the fielder's glove? The man in the example sounds like someone who is disabled and doesn't know what the experience feels like. To play baseball is at least ten times more exciting than watching it!

In your own words, do you think that it is a sin to be bi, gay, lesbian, transgender etc.? Be 100% honest. No one should get off
Aleksandr [31]

hi so im actually going to write this but its going to be like a two year olds work, so id suggest getting grammarly after this(its free!), copy and paste this, and double click on some words to make them uh better (it shows synonyms for the word so just find ones that are fitting).

Personally, I don't believe its a sin to be the kind of person you would want to see yourself as. Self love is tremendously important, if one cant love themselves as the person society regulates them to be and finds liking or wanting to be something else that is completely fine! Many who are religious tend to argue on why it is not fitting, claiming it to be "sinful". Though I am not a heavily religious person, I believe God or any power higher than us would have accepted everyone just the way we are, for we are their children. In the past, many have suffered with the thought of coming out or changing, as it was not as accepted as it is today. During this time, however, multiple people have fought for their rights and because of that a vast majority of people have learned that it is okay to be who you are and that others must and have grown to respect that. At the end of it all, it is not up to anybody to tell others what they can or can't be because aint that what merica' all about!

(actually dont use that last part, i just dont know how to word that last sentence without offending anyone what i was trying to say is something simmilar to "you cant tell others to be a certain sexuality or gender, it really is up to them to decide")

if you need more wordy words, i have an example to the second thing i introduced so you can include it in your work if youd like! (it would most likely go between the 5th and 6th sentence):

For example, my father came out at the age of thirteen and at the time, he was bashed for, sent to see a physcologist, and his brother beat him up for it. In the past few years, my father and uncle have made amends and my uncle has apologized for what he did in the past and that he has learned (along with society) that nobody should be judged on their sexuality or gender.

I hope this helped, I didnt count but I hope it is 100 words!
