I guess you're using the net to find the area.

We have a base of 61.9 square meters and five sides, each a triangle with base 6m and altitude 6m.

A = 61.9 + 5( (1/2)(6)(6) ) = 151.9

Answer: 151.9 square meters

Because of her work schedule, Molly Kay plans to take classes at 8:00, 10:00, and 11:00. Five courses that fit her program are o
pychu [463]

Answer: There are 90 different schedules are possible for Molly Kay.

Step-by-step explanation:

Since we have given that

Three time scheduled at 8:00, 10:00, 11:00.

Number of courses offer at 8:00 = 5

Number of courses offer at 10:00 = 9

Number of courses offer at 11:00 = 2

So, the number of different schedules are possible for Molly Kay is given by

^{5}C_1\times ^9C_1\times ^2C_1\\\\=5\times 9\times 2\\\\=45\times 2\\\\=90

Hence, there are 90 different schedules are possible for Molly Kay.

Shureka Washburn has scores of 67, 68, 76, and 63 on her algebra tests. a. Use an inequality to find the scores she must make
mash [69]
Average=(total number)/(number of items)
given that the final exam counts as two test, let the final exam be x. The weight of the final exams on the average is 2, thus the final exam can be written as 2x because any score Shureka gets will be doubled before the averaging.
Hence our inequality will be as follows:
(67+68+76+63+2x)/6≥71
(274+2x)/6≥71
solving the above we get:
274+2x≥71×6
274+2x≥426
2x≥426-274
2x≥152
x≥76

b] The above answer is x≥76, the mean of this is that if Shureka is aiming at getting an average of 71 or above, then she should be able to get a minimum score of 76 or above. Anything less than 76 will drop her average lower than 71.

How do you graph f(x)=|x^2-4|?
Citrus2011 [14]
*Hint: When an equation has | it means the absolute value.

Up in the attachment I have provided above is the way that equation should be graphed.

Because the x is squared, it's known that the graph will have a parabola. The -4 is showing the indent it will have.
