Let w and 2w+11 be the width and length of the rectangle, respectively. Then:
w(2w+11)=63
2w²+11w-63=0
(2w-7)(w+9)=0
w=7/2 or -9
Using the positive value, we get dimensions of 7/2 m  x 18 m for the rectangle
